Founded in 2000, WiB is dedicated to empowering women and advancing gender equity. Today, with a team of 68, 13 dedicated divisions, and over 4500 community members globally, we are one of the most strategic and active clubs on campus.

Our mission is to nurture community and cultivate success, ensuring that women at LBS have access to the resources, opportunities and support they need to thrive academically, professionally and socially, empowering our members to emerge as confident leaders.
